Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 14.00 hours the same working day or the next working day if ordered after 14.00 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
For all personalised or made to order products we aim to despatch within 2-3 working days as these products will need to be created.
Free shipping is offered on orders over £20.00, this will be via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
All other postage options are offered at the time of checkout.
Delivery times may vary but Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 days for 2nd class post, 1-2 days for 1st class. We can also offer 24 and 48 hour delivery if you need a more specific delivery slot. Please contact us to arrange this if needed.
Small items with lower value will be sent via standard letter post, larger items will be sent parcel post. This will be displayed at the checkout and in your basket. 
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 14 day returns policy so in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product please contact us we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly via email.
We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you are still not satisfied and we agree to a return, the product must be returned to us with an authorisation number, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. If the product is used or not resaleable a refund may be denied.
No refunds will be given outside of the 14 days or for items returned without authorisation or personalised/made-to-order products (unless faulty).
For faulty/damaged products we may offer a replacement or refund. We will require evidence of damaged/faulty items, this can be done by submitting photographs. 
We will not be liable for return postage. Any authorised returns can be made using the cheapest possible method. Original packaging will keep the item secure.

When you place an order it will be held at the checkout so you can continue shopping until you are ready to make your purchase.

All payment methods are accepted via Paypal for your peace of mind, this can be done even if you do not have a Paypal account. 
When you are ready, make your purchase either by register an account with us or use the Paypal quick checkout symbol. 
You will need to supply your delivery details when requested.

All payments and payment methods are accepted through Paypal.
Pricing of individual items are subject to change and are updated regularly to help keep us competative. 
From time to time we may run promotions or sales, if you would like to know about any promotions that are due then please register an account with us and let us know. We will be happy to send you a newsletter. 
We do not spam our customers, any details registered with us are only used for newsletters or any other promotions we are running. 
Viewing Orders
While browsing our site items will be held in the basket, this is a trolley symbol at the top of the page. All products in the trolley can be reviewed or edited before purchase. 
Once you have registered for an account with us any orders placed can be seen in the left hand side menu under orders. 
From the customer dashboard you can also subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletters or offers.
By subscribing to newsletters we will keep you updated of any product lines or promotions you may be interested in.
Your data will be used only by us. We will not disclose any of your information to any third parties.
Updating Account Information
To enable us to keep you up to date with order tracking or relevant promotions, we ask that you keep you keep you account information up to date, afterall you wouldn't want to miss out on that great sale!
